This policy sets out the payment and circumstance that a customer is entitled to a refund and the procedure to follow.


All payments are made on our website using LIqpay payment gateway or using Liqpay invoice that will be sent to your email address.

All these payments can be made using credit cards or debit cards.


We offer a full money-back guarantee for all payment made on our website on the following conditions:

  1. A full refund to the customer if the customer cancels the purchase of either subscription within 7 days of purchase if the execution of the work is yet to begin.
  2. Part refund to the customer if the work has already started. The number of days will be deducted and the days of undone work will be refunded within 15-20 days.
  3. After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try  service in the first one month after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
